Seneca Falls man accused of violating order of protection after domestic incident

Police say a Seneca Falls man was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

Michael R. McLean, 42, of Seneca Falls was arrested on a warrant out of Seneca Falls Town Court stemming from a domestic incident in August.

It was reported that McLean had damaged a female victim’s property who had an order of protection against him. He was charged with one count of aggravated family offense, criminal contempt, and criminal mischief.

McLean was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and is pending arraignment.
