Motorcyclist charged with DWI in Cayuga County

Troopers say a motorcyclist was charged following a traffic stop on Friday.

Ralph E. Hotaling, 65, of Elbridge was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Hotaling was initially stopped for speeding on Grant Avenue Road in Sennett. Investigation revealed he was operating the motorcycle with a BAC greater than .08%.

He will return to the Town of Sennett Court at a later date.
