Deputies say a crash is under investigation after a car traveled through a T-intersection in Walworth and wound up in the living room of a home there.
It happened when deputies responded to the area of Whitney and South Slocum roads around 1:50 a.m. They found a male laying in the road, and his vehicle inside the living room of a house at the end of the intersection.
The driver was identified as Nicholas Costa, 33, of Walworth. He was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital after he collided with an embankment, becoming airborne before the vehicle wound up collided with the house.
No one was inside the home at the time of the wreck. The cause of the crash also remains under investigation at this time.
Deputies were assisted by New York State Police, Ontario and Lincoln Fire Departments and the Ontario Volunteer Ambulance.
