Deputies report the arrest of a Walworth man following a domestic incident at Tops grocery store in Ontario.
It happened around 1 p.m. on Saturday, according to a news release.
Ryan Barton, 28, of Walworth was charged with reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, and harassment.
It’s alleged he followed his girlfriend around in the parking lot, and struck her vehicle with his car. He then left the scene before police arrived.
Deputies located the vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but Barton refused to stop until he arrived at his residence.
Barton was issued traffic tickets and will answer the charges at a later date in local court.
