Community Bank is pleased to welcome John (Jack) Finkle as Commercial Banking Officer at the Victor, NY, branch. In his new role, Finkle will provide support to the group manager and loan officers as well as internal and external customers at the Victor branch. He specializes in portfolio management, credit analysis, sales, and maintenance of customer credit files.
Finkle has been employed in the banking industry for over 35 years. He has served in a variety of roles for financial institutions in the Greater Rochester market, including as a Commercial Lending Officer, and as a Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate Senior Portfolio Manager.
“I’m looking forward to supporting and contributing to the success of Community Bank’s commercial lending team covering the Greater Rochester market,” Finkle said. “I’m excited to work with the terrific members that make up this team and to have a position that provides me with a variety of responsibilities to perform on a daily basis.”

Finkle has a degree in economics from St. Lawrence University and earned an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. He serves as a Financial Council Member for the Church of the Resurrection as well as a Multi Parish Collection Counter for the Diocese of Rochester.
He resides in Fairport, NY, with his spouse.
