The village of Rushville held its first-ever Party in the Park at the Village Park on Warren St. on Saturday.
The event featured free food cooked and served by the Rushville Lions Club, Rich, the Magic Man, music by Steve West, as well as school supply giveaways, free books and games from the Mabel D. Blodgett Memorial Library in Rushville. The party was organized by Mayor David Leclair and village staff.
