Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following a trespassing complaint on Friday.
Martin C. Ches, 66, of Seneca Falls was charged with one count of criminal contempt and criminal trespass.
Investigation revealed that Ches entered and remained upon property from which he had previously been banned. Additionally, it was determined the property owner had an active stay away order of protection against Cheese.
Ches will appear before the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
