Police say a Geneva man was charged following a larceny investigation on Wednesday.
Ontario County Sheriff’s arrested Dustin C. Herzig, 33, of Geneva for petit larceny burglary.
It was reported that Herzig exited the Canandaigua Walmart with a total value of $411.37 in unpaid merchandise. He was previously banned from the store which resulted in the additional burglary charge.
Herzig will appear before the Town of Hopewell Court at a later date.
