A Penn Yan motorist was tickets following a traffic stop on Saturday.
Adam Brewer, 49, of Penn Yan was cited for operating with a suspended registration.
Police observed Brewer traveling on Elm Street with a suspended registration due to an insurance lapse.
He is scheduled to appear before the Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
