Firefighters were called to Kenneth Drive in Camillus on Sunday for a structure fire.
Callers reported heavy smoke around 3:30 p.m., coming from a residence there.
Within minutes firefighters arrived and found smoke and fire in the kitchen.
The fire was contained and no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, according to authorities.
