A Town of Savannah man was arrested after an investigation into sexual misconduct, say police.
Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies arrested Allen Warner, 22, on the charges of predatory sexual assault against a child, criminal sexual act in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from allegations made by a juvenile male that said Warner was performing sexual acts on him.
Police say Warner was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
