Police say a Cheektowaga man was arrested following an investigation that occurred in Ontario County.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Eric D. Nash, 27, of Cheektowaga for two counts of unlawful surveillance and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image.
Investigation revealed Nash had recorded videos and images of intimate parts of a victim on multiple occasions. The first occasion was in July 2021 and the second in July 2022. Both recordings were taken at a residence in Canandaigua. It was further revealed that Nash had sent the recording electronically to a third party in July 2022. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
Nash will appear before the Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
