A Rochester man was taken into custody on a bench warrant following a traffic stop on Tuesday.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeffrey C. Sapp Jr., 21, of Rochester for failure to appear in court.
Sapp Jr., was taken into custody following a traffic stop on July 31 after he failed to appear in court. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and additional traffic and vehicle violations.
Sapp Jr., will appear in Macedon Town Court at a later date.
