The 99th NYS Amateur Championship was held at Onondaga Golf & County Club this week.
First-time winner, Charlie Berridge of Wykagyl CC, was able to take home the victory with a 4 day total of -14. Berridge was the only player in the field to complete 4 rounds under par and set the total scoring record for the event.
Berridge is a member of the University of California Men’s Golf Team.

The top 20 players and ties earn an exemption to next year’s 100th Men’s Amateur Championship. The tournament will occur at Berridge’s home course, Wykagyl Country Club in New Rochelle.
