A Wayne County woman was taken into custody following a fraud investigation.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Judith M. Miller, 35, of Clyde for petit larceny and misuse of food stamps.
It is alleged that Miller was receiving SNAP benefits and failed to report the income of another individual residing with her. As a result, Miller fraudulently received over $200 in benefits.
Miller will appear in the Town of Lyons Court at a later date.
