The Syracuse Mets bullpen blew a late lead in a 7-4 loss to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs on Saturday night at Coca-Cola Park. Lehigh Valley now leads the six-game series 4-1.
Tim Adleman started for Syracuse and surrendered a run over four innings while walking three and striking out two.
Justin Dillon and Stephen Nogosek each allowed a run in relief, while Locke St. John gave up four.
Syracuse plated two of their runs on a wild pitch and a balk. Tzu-Wei Lin and Nick Dini each drove in a run as well.
The two teams will wrap up the six-game series on Sunday at 5:35 p.m.
