Police arrested a 56-year-old Manchester resident at the end of June following an investigation into juror tamporing.
It’s alleged that on June 29, while on trial in Ontario County Court for witness intimidation – Sheryl Cerroni, 56, of Manchester tampered with a juror as she entered the courthouse.
The incident was identified quickly, which resulted in the replacement of that juror so the case would not be impacted.
Cerroni was processed without incident and will answer the new charge at a later date.
