Woman charged after two children hospitalized for ingesting edible marijuana

A Hornell woman was arrested following an investigation of two hospitalized children.

According to a news release, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tattiana M. Irving, 26, of Hornell for endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment.


It is alleged that the two children hospitalized ingested edible marijuana that was in the possession of Irving, causing a medical emergency.

Irving will answer the charges at a later date.
