A Williamson man was arrested following a traffic stop in Ontario.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Daniel P. Frank, 38, of Williamson for driving while intoxicated.
Frank was initially stopped for having an inadequate headlight. During the stop, deputies observed an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle. Frank was subjected to standardized field sobriety tests and failed.
Frank is due to appear before the Town of Ontario Court at a later date.
