The Finger Lakes Drug Task Force, a unit comprised of multiple agencies, as well as the Auburn Police Department, reports the arrest of two people after a search warrant was executed late-Thursday at 107 Owasco Street.
Two people were arrested, including a Rochester-area man, and Auburn resident.
Kevin See, 20, of North Chili was found during the search. He was suspected of selling crack cocaine out of the garage of the property, police said in a release. When they searched him near the property, over 90 bags of crack cocaine were recovered.
He was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, as a felony.
Timothy Archambo, 56, of that address was charged with first-degree criminal nuisance. He’s accused of knowingly maintaining the property as a place for other people to gather to engage in illegal activity, including selling drugs.
She was processed and held for arraignment. However, Archambo was released on an appearance ticket.
The investigation remains active. Anyone who has tips that could help law enforcement are encouraged to call (315) 282-7540.
