Police report the arrest of a Newark woman following a trespass complaint on Tuesday.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Julia M. Wirth, 50, of Newark for criminal trespass.
It is alleged that Wirth entered and remained inside an unoccupied house in Lyons without the owners permission. When the owner entered the residence with deputies, it was observed Wirth left her dog and belongings un-occupied in the house.
Wirth will appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
