A parolee from Rochester has been arrested for his part in an incident that left a woman seriously injured in Auburn.
Antoine Clark, 38, was one of two people who shot at each other after an argument outside the Lavish Lounge Bar & Restaurant on Genesee Street in the June.
Ciara Kukiela, 24, who was an employee of the bar, was shot several times after getting caught in the gunfire. While she has since been released, police say the investigation has remained active.
Clark is originally from the Rochester-area. He has a parole address in Rochester. However, was frequently visiting an address on Owasco Street in Auburn. Earlier this week, members of the Finger Lakes Drug Task Force reported seeing Clark, which led to a traffic stop.
A brief struggle ensued after Clark refused to get out of the vehicle, then when finally getting out- attempted to flee on foot. He had a loaded 9mm handgun when taken into custody, as well as an array of drugs.
