A Penfield man was arrested following a harassment complaint Monday morning.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary Rodas, 26, of Penfield for reckless endangerment.
It is alleged that Rodas put a nail gun on the back of his co-worker’s neck while at a construction site in Macedon.
Rodas was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment and will answer charges before the Town of Macedon Court at a later date.
