A Webster man was arrested following a domestic incident Thursday night.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested John C. Muto, 50, for two counts of criminal contempt.
The investigation occurred at a Williamson address where it was discovered that Muto violated an active stay away order of protection. He was seen at an address that he is required to stay away from.
Muto was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
