Lyons man skips court after disorderly conduct arrest

Police arrested a Lyons man on a bench warrant issued by the Williamson Town Court on Thursday night.

According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua D. Barber, 38, of Lyons for failure to appear in court.

It is alleged that Barber failed to appear in court to answer a charge of disorderly conduct after a disturbance that took place in January.

Barber will appear in the Williamson Town Court at a later date.
