Police say a Canandaigua man was arrested after violating an order of protection.
According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Drew Fuller, 26, of Canandaigua for criminal contempt and criminal mischief.
Officers received report of a disturbance at a Perry Place address. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined Fuller damaged the protected party’s vehicle.
Fuller was remanded to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
