A Waterloo woman was arrested after a domestic incident after police received report of a female screaming outside a local residence.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rachael E. Nguyen, 36, of Waterloo for harassment, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration.
When police arrived on scene, Nguyen was reported to have engaged in a dispute with a family member. It is alleged Nguyen threatened to harm a male victim and then resisted arrest when police placed her into custody. Once in custody, Nguyen attempted to kick an officer and refused to comply with fingerprinting.
Nguyen was remanded to the jail and is pending arraignment. Additionally, an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
