Police arrested a Dundee man following report of an unresponsive male.
According to a news release, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Clay H. Cadwell, 61, of Dundee for driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Deputies and Canandaigua Emergency Squad EMS responded to a reported male unresponsive behind the wheel of a Toyota at the intersection of North Road and Allen Road in Hopewell. Following investigation into the report, Cadwell was placed under arrest and transported to FF Thompson Hospital where he submitted to a blood analysis test.
Cadwell will answer charges before the Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
