A Dundee man was taken into custody on an arrest warrant early Saturday morning.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Daryl J. Bryerton, 30, of Dundee for endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration.
The arrest stems from the original arrest in March 2020. When Bryerton failed to pay a fine, a bench warrant was issued.
Bryerton is pending arraignment.
