Police say a Penn Yan resident was arrested on Thursday on a criminal summons.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Laurie A. Taylor, 49, of Penn Yan for having a dog at large.
Taylor is charged with having a dog at large following a complaint of a dog bite.
Taylor will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
