Elmira resident arrested after skipping court

An Elmira resident was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant.

According to a news release, the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office arrested Harmonei J. Tuttle, 21, of Elmira for failing to appear in court.

It is alleged that Tuttle did not return to court as directed.

Tuttle was remanded to the Schuyler County Jail and will answer charges at a later date.
