Police say three people have been arrested after an investigation into pamphlets and stickers with swastikas and racist words around Hornell.
The Hornell Police Department said the pamphlets were left at two churches, as well as public and private properties around the city.
Aubrey Dragonetti 31, Dylan Henry 30, and Ryan Mulhollen, 27, were all charged with aggravated harassment.
Police in Hornell were assisted by state police and members of the FBI out of Rochester.
