Police arrested a 31-year-old following a traffic stop on Main Street in Penn Yan.
According to a news release, Patrick Rivera, 31, was ticketed after a DMV registration check found that it was suspended due to a lack of insurance.
Further investigation revealed that his vehicle had no insurance.
Rivera was cited to appear in local court at a later date.
