Deputies report the arrest of a Williamson man following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle complaint last summer.
According to a news release, the incident occurred in July 2021, but resulted in the arrest of Dakota Paul, 29, of Williamson this week.
He is accused of operating a vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Deputies say he was charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, and driving with a BAC over 0.08%.
According to the release, Paul had a BAC of 0.22%.
He was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges at a later date in local court.
