State police arrested a Cato woman following a traffic stop in Cayuga County.
Melissa Rogers, 34, of Cato was arrested for DWI and operating a vehicle with a BAC over 0.08%.
She released on appearance tickets following the traffic stop.
According to troopers, the traffic stop was initiated for Rogers failing to keep right.
