Earlier this month police arrested a 25-year-old Waterloo man following an incident on July 1.
According to a news release, Kenneth Saunders Jr., 25, of Waterloo is accused of harassing a person by repeatedly attempting to contact them by phone.
He was charged with aggravated harassment and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
