Police arrested a 25-year-old Waterloo woman following an incident in 2021.
In February 2021 Courtney Bower, of Waterloo was arrested for petit larceny.
She then failed to appear in local court, which prompted a warrant to be issued.
Bower was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
