Police say a Fulton man was arrested for stealing catalytic converters from vehicles at a business along Route 5.
Kevin J. Larrabee, 39, of Fulton was arrested after using a saw to remove the catalytic converter from a vehicle owned by the business.
While doing so he caused other damage to the vehicle.
Larrabee was charged with one count of grand larceny, one count of criminal mischief, and one count of auto stripping.
He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to be arraigned.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
