Police ticketed a Stanley man following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department cited David F. Archer, 54, of Stanley for driving with a suspended NYS registration.
Archer was observed driving on Liberty Street in Penn Yan with a suspended registration when he was stopped and cited for the offense.
Archer will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
