Police arrested a Lyons woman after investigation into a domestic incident.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Angelica M. Luyando, 29, of Lyons for harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from a domestic incident where it is alleged that Luyando pushed another female to the ground in the presence of an 11-year-old child. She was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
Luyando will answer the charges before the Town of Lyons Court at a later date.
Deputies were assisted on scene by members of the New York State Police.
