Police say a person on a scooter was struck in a Walmart parking lot over the weekend.
On Saturday, June 25 the Seneca County 911 Center received a call for a personal injury accident.
Upon investigation, police were able to determine that a motorist was making a left turn into the crosswalk and struck a pedestrian on a scooter crossing.
The pedestrian fell off of the scooter sand suffered an abrasion to his head and arm, according to police.
The pedestrian was suffering from neck pain and was subsequently transported by ambulance to Geneva General Hospital.
No property damage was reported to the vehicle or scooter and no tickets were issued.
The Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted by North Seneca Ambulance.
