A Henrietta man was arrested after a complaint of a reckless driver.
According to a news release, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested James T. Smith, 32, of Henrietta for driving while intoxicated.
It was reported that Smith was operating a motor vehicle recklessly, crossing into oncoming traffic and hitting the sidewalk. Deputies found Smith to be operating his motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition as well as being impaired by drugs. He was additionally cited for aggravated unlicensed operation.
Smith will appear before the Hopewell Tower Court at a later date to answer the charges.
