Colorado residents to see up to $1,000 in tax rebates
If you reside in a household as a married couple, and/or have dependents, you can qualify for a $1,000 stimulus payment.
Single person households with no dependents can see up to $500.
$20 million was set aside for non-filers and the stimulus payments will only be available on a first come, first serve basis.
It may be in people’s best interests to file a tax return even if they do not make enough to qualify.
Often times they may find they qualify for other rebates, and filers automatically qualify for this stimulus payment.
The payments will be issued on July 31, 2022.
