Police arrested a Geneva man following an attack at a local home.
Police were called to a home on North Main Street around 12:30 p.m. on Monday for a report of family trouble.
Upon arrival, they found Tony Cunningham, 51, of Geneva who entered the victim’s home – choking and punching them.
He then allegedly pulled a loaded gun, but someone else inside the home prevented Cunningham from using it.
The victim was hurt, but police did not detail the extent of injuries.
Cunningham was charged with first-degree burglary and taken to the Ontario County Jail.
