A Canandaigua man was arrested following report of a fight at a Clark Street address.
According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Steven S. Marzovilla, 25, for endangering the welfare of a child, criminal trespass, and assault.
Marzovilla had trespassed on the property of his neighbor by jumping a fence. In the process, he pushed a child over before initiating a physical altercation with the neighbor at that address.
Marzovilla was arrested and transported to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
