Police arrested a Canandaigua woman on two separate dates after report of violating an order of protection.
According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Rhonda M. Werner, 58, on June 5 and June 14 for criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.
Upon investigation, it was determined that Werner had shown up at the place of employment of a person who had an active stay away order of protection in place. Additionally, she attempted to have a conversation with the protected party.
Werner will answer charges at a later date.
