Police say a Canandaigua man was served a criminal summons.
According to a news release, the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Alex Bacon, 53, of Canandaigua for harassment.
It is alleged that Bacon doused another male in water on South Main Street.
Bacon is due to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
