A Spafford man was arrested following a physical altercation.
According to a news release, State Police arrested Michael A. Kilts, 36, of Spafford for assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal contempt.
Kilt was arrested following an altercation with a male victim outside a residence. The victim was transported to Upstate University Hospital for a laceration to his back and Kilt was transported to Crouse Hospital where he was treated and released.
Kilt was remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center.
