Police say a Penn Yan woman was cited following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department ticketed Tori Sue McRae, 27, of Penn Yan for a suspended NYS registration.
McRae was observed driving on Liberty Street while having a suspended NYS registration. She was stopped and cited for the offense.
McRae will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
