Police say an irate subject call resulted in one arrest on minor charges after the individual made threats towards officers and workers.
On Monday around 4:47 p.m. officers were called to the 300 block of West State Street for an irate subject.
Upon arrival, police found a man who refused to leave a public building.
The irate individual was identified as Noe Escobar, who was yelling, swearing, and threatening staff within the building.
After being given multiple warnings and opportunities to leave the building- he was escorted out by authorities.
Escobar then became hostile toward officers and shoved one of them outside the building.
He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and released on an appearance ticket.
Any witnesses are asked to contact IPD by calling (607) 272-3245.
